Bicentennial Herend porcelain exhibition in Vienna

This exhibition represents another milestone in a professional and business partnership spanning several decades, while serving as a fitting tribute to the two-century-long heritage of the Herend Porcelain Manufactory.

At the opening ceremony, guests were welcomed by Andreas Rath, managing partner of J. & L. Lobmeyr, and Dr. Attila Simon, CEO of Herend Porcelain Manufactory Ltd.

Organized under the theme "Tradition and Innovation", the exhibition features iconic Herend forms and patterns alongside innovative pieces created specifically for this occasion, as well as bravura works demonstrating the exceptional skill and creativity of the Manufactory’s master craftspeople.

The opening ceremony was further enriched by a live porcelain-painting demonstration.

This Vienna exhibition perfectly showcases how the globally recognized heritage of Hungarian porcelain art intersects with key players in the international luxury industry.
